Haliç Campus
The Haliç (Golden Horn) Campus is located on the peninsula nearby Haliç, which is the one of the oldest parts of Istanbul and where the Unkapanı Bridge meets the land. On the campus is the College of Health Sciences and Vocational Schools. The campus also has several facilities.
Kavacık North Campus
On the North Campus is the Administrative Rectorate building, the Language School, and Vocational schools. The campus also covers a number of facilities including a sport center, restaurants, dormitory, library, study halls, dining halls, laboratories, car parks, Medical Center, Counseling Service, and REMER Research Center.
Kavacık South Campus
The South Campus covers School of Medicine, International School of Medicine, School of Dentistry, School of Pharmacy, Medipol Business School, School of Engineering and Natural Sciences, School of Law, School of Education, School of Communication, School of Fine Arts, Design, Besides, the campus covers a number of facilities including conference halls, cultural-art structures, a library, dining halls, a shopping center, a hairdresser, coffee bars, dormitories, restaurants, research centers, and laboratories and so on.
Medipol Mega Hospitals Complex
Besides being a university hospital, Medipol Mega Hospitals Complex, which is the biggest private medical investment in Turkey, is a medical complex consisting of four separate branches. Not only the students of Medicine Dentistry, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Nursery, Healthcare Management Departments in the undergraduate programs, but also those of Vocational School of Health Service which hold several areas of expertise get their training in this hospital.

2- Offer Letter (Conditional Acceptance)
If you get accepted to the program, you will receive an offer letter that states all the conditions and information about the program you have been accepted for. After you receive the offer letter you will have to make the deposit payment within a couple of days to secure your seat for the related program.
3- Official Acceptance Letter
Once you accept the offer letter and make the payment you will receive an official acceptance letter. This proves that you have been officially accepted to the related program. With this letter, you can apply for a student visa to come to Turkey. Then all you will need to do submit your original documents as required in the offer letter at the campus.
You will be added to our Student Information System (MEBİS) that you can see all your studentship data, your courses, your documents, and everything related to your study. The international office will provide you your user name and password for the system.
4- Enrollment and Completing Registration
When you come to the campus, we will complete your registration together at the international students’ office. You will have to present all your documents with original Turkish translated hard copies including an equivalency certificate.

- Upload the required documents specific to the program or degree you are applying for.
Please be aware that graduate programs offer both Fall and Spring intakes, while undergraduate programs only have a Fall intake.

Deposit Payment
Deposit Payment If your application is approved, you will receive a Conditional Acceptance Letter via email.
To receive your Official Acceptance Letter, you must pay the advance tuition deposit by the specified deadline. This non-refundable deposit confirms your intention to enroll at Istanbul Medipol University and will be deducted from your tuition fees upon registration in Istanbul.
You can make the deposit payment online, through a bank transfer, or via credit card on campus.
The Conditional Acceptance Letter email will include a link for online payment, which is also accessible on the Track Application page.
Bank details for the deposit will be provided on the second page of your Conditional Acceptance Letter. Once the deposit is received, we will send you the Official Acceptance Letter along with the Enrollment Guide and important dates.
