There are forms and petitions for all our students in order for them to come to terms with their decisions about their education period. These forms and petitions are actualized by İstanbul Medipol University considering the Higher Education Council’s regulations about the administrative and educational works.
Our students must submit the forms and petitions to the related Faculty Secretaria or Administrative Unit at the University.

*Withdrawal form for the students who are graduating or disenrolling from our university. They must visit the related units and offices at school to have their signature on the form before they complete their disenrollment process.
