On May 28, a delegation from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), one of Malaysia’s distinguished higher education institutions, visited the Rector and the Business School of Istanbul Medipol University. This visit was organized to strengthen academic cooperation and develop strategic partnerships between the two universities.
During the meetings, collaboration opportunities were first explored regarding joint research grants within regional and global funding programs in Türkiye. Additionally, possibilities for co-authoring publications in international journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science were discussed. The visit also included mutual exchange of ideas on academic mobility, visiting faculty, and joint thesis supervision. Furthermore, common research areas and academic expertise between the faculties of both institutions were identified, laying the groundwork for future collaborative projects.
This productive meeting made a significant contribution to Istanbul Medipol University Business School’s vision of expanding its global academic collaborations.
