Founded in 1962, The University of Jordan is the leading university in Jordan (UJ). UJ has been recently ranked among the top 10 universities in the Arab world and top 650 across the globe. This is according to the international QS Global World Rankings for the year 2022, where it has also scored 5 QS stars. The UJ is not only a pedagogical institution, where it offers more than 262 graduate and postgraduate programs- including, but not limited to, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, Rehabilitation Science, Science, Agriculture, Engineering, Information Technology, Art, Business Administration, Sharia’a, Educational Sciences, law, Physical Education, Arts and Design, International Studies, Foreign Languages, Archaeology and Tourism- within 24 different schools, but is also a hub for research and innovation.
