Student Card Renewal Procedure

Students who wish to request a new card due to reasons such as loss, damage, theft, or a voluntary photo update must complete the following steps in order:

· Log in to the MEBIS system, go to the "My Requests (Taleplerim)" section, fill out the Request Form completely, and create a request under “Student ID Card”.

· Deposit 100 TL to the following Türkiye Halk Bankası account with the description “Card Renewal Fee (Kart Yenileme Bedeli)”:
TR79 0001 2001 4510 0016 1000 18

· Send the payment receipt via email to [email protected], including your Full Name and Turkish ID Number in the message.

· Once your card request is approved, printed, and its status in MEBIS appears as “READY (HAZIR)”, you may collect your card by signing for it at: North Campus (Kuzey Kampüs), Block A, 3rd Floor – Student Affairs Department (Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığı).

You can collect the cards on weekdays from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
