SCHOLARSHIPS PROVIDED IN THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS

The special country scholarship rate is 15% for each student who has one of the following nationalities below;

If more than one family member is enrolled at our University, a 10% discount will be applied to the tuition fee of each student.

Lump sum advanced payment discount rate is 10%. This discount is applied to all students who wish to pay the tuition all at once or complete the annual tuition fee before the deadline stated in the student’s offer letter.

At the end of the 2026–2027 Academic Year, scholarships and tuition discounts shall be granted, under the conditions and rates specified below, to undergraduate students who rank among the top three in their class.

To be eligible for evaluation, students must:
•    Be enrolled in their academic program, excluding compulsory and optional preparatory classes,
•    Have taken the courses and credit load prescribed by the curriculum for the relevant academic year,
•    Have successfully completed all registered courses,
•    Not have taken resit examinations in the for grade improvement or due to course failure,
•    Have achieved a minimum Annual Grade Point Average (AGPA) of 2.91 out of 4.00, or its equivalent.

In the calculation of the Annual Grade Point Average (AGPA), grades from transferred courses shall not be included.
In cases where students have identical Annual Grade Point Average scores, the third decimal place shall be taken into consideration.
Students who complete one or two academic semesters at another institution under a Student Exchange Program shall be included in the academic ranking.
Students who have transferred courses during the relevant academic year may only be included in the academic ranking provided that they take additional courses sufficient to meet the required ECTS credit load.

If a student entitled to a Merit Scholarship:
•    Fails to renew registration,
•    Withdraws from the University,
•    Transfers to another institution, or
•    Otherwise terminates their affiliation with the University, the scholarship entitlement shall not be transferred to another student.

The relevant Faculty and School Boards shall conduct evaluations at the end of each academic year and report the top three ranked students to the Rectorate. 
Scholarship and discount rates shall be applied as follows:
•    First-ranked student: Full tuition waiver for the following academic year,
•    Second-ranked student: 50% tuition discount applied to the applicable tuition fee,
•    Third-ranked student: 25% tuition discount applied to the applicable tuition fee.

 

Students holding officially certified national athlete status may be considered for educational support and/or tuition benefits in accordance with University regulations.

The applicability, duration, and continuation of scholarships and discounts are governed by the specific regulations and conditions applicable to each category. Certain admission-based scholarships and discounts may remain valid until graduation.
