New Opportunities in Jordan

Three representatives of Istanbul Medipol University visited Jordan with the purpose of academic collaboration  development last week. IMU delegation consisted of Prof. Dr. Hüseyin ARSLAN, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences,   Prof. Dr. Gökhan SİLAHTAROĞLU, Dean Rep. of Medipol Business School,  and Abdullah Selim VARDARBAŞ, International Business Development Unit Executive.    Meetings were organized at the University of Jordan (Amman), Al Ahliyya Amman University (Amman), Princess Sumaya University for Technology (Amman), Yarmouk University (Irbid), and  Jordan University of Science and Technology (Irbid). During the visit, our representatives met with the management of universities, deans of engineering and business schools, heads of international offices, academic staff, and students. The meetings   brought enlargement and enrichment of already achieved agreements with Jordanian universities; they also opened new opportunities for cooperation. We are awaiting new academic mobility experience, online lectures given by Jordanian academicians at MIU and vice versa, joint international conferences in the spheres of engineering and business, and many more events.
