With the start of the 2021-2022 Academic Year, our club application requirements and dates are given below.
Requirements to Establish a New Student Club;
To establish a club, you must be an associate degree or undergraduate student at Istanbul Medipol University.
You can apply with at least 15 members.
Each club must have an academic advisor (Istanbul Medipol University, a full-time, contracted lecturer) to work together.
The logo you have determined for your club must be included in the application file on a separate A4 sized paper and signed by the advisor.
The changes will not be accepted within the current academic year, and all will be continued with the specified club name and logo.
The documents you need to complete during application are located at https://www.medipol.edu.tr/universite/genel-sekreterlik/saglik-kultur-ve-spordairesi/kultur/ogrenci-kulupleri/basvuru-ve-talep-formlari address, and you can submit these documents by hand to the Health, Culture and Sports Department in a signed form by the deadline.
Note: After the signed attachments in your club application file are scanned, an e-mail should be sent to [email protected].
The deadline for the application is October 31st, 2021.
