Announcement on the Registration Renewal Procedures for 2021-2022 Academic Year

ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE REGISTRATION RENEWAL PROCESS FOR 2021- 2022 ACADEMIC YEAR

Our 2021-2022 Academic Year fees have been determined for our students registered in associate and undergraduate programs at our university. Fees can be learned and paid on the MEBIS Payment Information page. In order to minimize the effects of the epidemic in the whole world and prevent the density on campus, registration renewal processes will be done online; registration will not be renewed on campus. Registration renewal processes have started (the dates are 28 September to 8 October),In order to complete the registration renewal process, students must complete their payments by Spetember 28. We kindly ask students to consider the case of late payments.

The date of course selection will be stated in the academic calendar. Full-scholarship students only need to choose courses on the date to be announced for registration renewal.

1) 10% SCHOLARSHIP WILL BE APPLIED ON SINGLE PAYMENTS WITH CASH OR CREDIT CARD.

CASH PAYMENT: Students and parents who want to make their payments in cash through the bank branch; can pay their tuition fees with a 10% cash discount from all Akbank and Denizbank branches with their student number, and from Albaraka Türk, Yapı Kredi and Vakıf Katılım branches with the student’s TCKN.

CREDIT CARD: Using the cash payment option on the MEBIS payment information page, they can pay their tuition fees with a credit card at a scholarship of 10%. If the entire tuition fee is not paid in a single payment, the registration renewal process will not be completed.

TRANSFER/EFT: Students and parents want to make their payments by transfer or EFT; By selecting the cash payment option on the MEBIS payment information page, you can learn the 10% cash discounted payment amounts and transfer/EFT to the following bank account. After the control and approval of the paid fees by the Financial Affairs Unit, the registration renewal process will be completed.

Important note: Students and parents who make transactions as transfer/EFT are kindly requested to print the student’s name, surname and student pasaport number in the explanation part of the Receipt while making the payment. The accounting unit does not collect cash by hand.

2) INSTALLMENT PAYMENT

PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS BY CREDIT CARD (2 taksit): Our new registrated students can pay their tuition fees in instalments by credit card using the online payment system available on the MEBIS payment information page. First installment date is September 30, second installment date is Februrary 30.

Important Note: Credit cards payments is done in a single payment. American Express-enabled and international credit cards cannot be used in the online payment system.
